If you’re embarking on a new construction project and want to ensure your home will be durable and high-performing, we’ll work with your project team to ensure appropriate building science principles and details are integrated into your design. If you’re looking for Passive House Certification we can work as your CPHC to guide the project from design to certification.
HVAC Design and Duct Layout
Whether you’re having issues with an existing system or designing a custom home, we’ll work with you to determine the best system design to ensure you receive proper air filtration and circulation, balanced ventilation, and humidity control. Rather than using rules of thumb or broad assumptions, we’ll do a comprehensive assessment of your homes building envelope and design the appropriate system to fit your comfort needs. From there, we provide installation guidance and testing to verify installation and can fine tune as needed to ensure the performance meets the design.
Custom Home Concierge
Having overseen numerous real estate investments, developments, and custom home projects while also having a detailed understanding of building science principles, we are uniquely qualified to act as your project fiduciary or owners representative for full-scale custom home project. We’ll do the heavy-lifting in guiding you from conception, site selection, cash flow modeling, team selection, construction administration, and project management so that you can focus on your day-to-day responsibilities and be involved as much or as little as desired.
